Your rent can build your credit.

You already pay rent every month — but that payment never shows up in your credit history. Fía Crédito reports it to the credit bureaus, so the biggest payment you make starts working for you. Great if you have little or no credit.

Start now

Your payments are verified and recorded starting today. Reporting to the credit bureaus begins once our Experian certification clears.

Your information, protected

Real encryption

We report using your name and date of birth. If you provide an SSN, it's stored encrypted and used only for bureau reporting — we never sell it, and your landlord never sees it.

Only with your permission

Nothing is reported without your express authorization. Cancel anytime and we stop reporting from the next cycle.

Your full history, with your permission

We report your full history to the bureaus, but a payment made within the month counts as on-time — a few days late won't hurt you; only a genuinely missed payment counts as negative. You choose to enroll and can cancel anytime.

Know your rights

Federal law (FCRA) gives you the right to dispute anything on your report and a free copy each year at annualcreditreport.com.

Fía is a product of Wellness Labs LLC — Spanish-first, because that's how our community speaks. We'll state the price clearly before charging anything.

How it works

1

Tell us where you rent and how much you pay. In Spanish or English, in minutes.

2

Pay rent like always

No switching banks, landlords, or payment methods.

3

Your history builds

Each month we verify your payment against your bank and record it. Reporting to the bureaus begins once our Experian certification clears — and you will already have history behind you.

Why it matters

History from what you already pay

Rent is usually your biggest payment — and the one that never counts. Here it does.

Built for thin credit

If you have little credit or are just starting out, every on-time payment adds to your history.

You're in control

Reporting is your choice — enroll and cancel whenever you want. Your rent history, on-time and late, is reported only with your permission.

In Spanish, for your community

Designed in Spanish for Milwaukee's south side, with support that understands you.

Honest comparison

Experian Boost is free. Here's what it can't do.

We don't compete with Boost — we cover what it leaves out. If you have an SSN, use it: it's free and it helps. But Boost can't see the biggest payment of your month.

Boost adds your utilities at Experian and Fía Crédito adds your rent. They stack: more positive history, faster. That's why we wrote the free Boost guide even though we earn nothing from it.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

Enrolling today is free. We're still setting the price, and the earliest enrollments get the best launch price — we'll tell you before charging anything.

Do I have to change how I pay rent?

No. You keep paying exactly like today; we verify the payment and report it.

Do I need a Social Security number?

No — your date of birth is enough to report your rent history to your Experian credit report. If you have an SSN you can add it, but it's not required.

Can this hurt my credit?

Only a missed payment can lower it, like any credit account. If you pay within the month it counts as on-time — being a few days late won't hurt you; we verify your payments through your bank. And reporting is optional — cancel anytime.

Make your rent start counting.
